Horseshoe Hours privacy notice

Horseshoe Hours is a private, invitation-only tool used by Horseshoe Ventures LLC to keep time records for its short-term rental business.

What we collect

• Your name and email address from Google or Microsoft when you sign in, to confirm you were invited.
• Time entries, notes, photos and receipts you choose to add.
• If the owner connects Google Calendar, read-only access to calendar events in the date range they import. Events are shown to the owner to choose which to log; only events the owner logs are saved.

How it's used

Only to keep material-participation records and share them with the business's tax advisor. We don't sell data, show ads, or share it with anyone else. AI features process the text or images you submit to draft entries; that content isn't used to train models.

Where it's stored

In Microsoft Azure, in storage that only this app can reach. Records are kept as long as needed for tax purposes (generally up to 7 years).

Your choices

You can revoke calendar access at any time in your Google Account settings or in the app. To see or remove your data, contact the owner at mmghazai@gmail.com.
